The Kings Head was situated at 189 High Street and became a Prezzo's restaurant in the late 2000's.

My grandfather Tony Savage and grandmother Margaret Savage owned the Kings Head for many, many years before they retired and sold th building to Prezzo's. I have many hazy, yet fond memories from my younger childhood which are linked to the pub and I spent the pubs, rather sad, closing night behind the bar serving drinks to the many loyal customers who had become my grandparents friends over the years.
