The Prince Of
Wales was situated at
14 Magdalen Street. This pub was established
before 1764 and had been for much of its history a Truman’s house. It
closed in 1990, but received a new lease of
life as Adnan’s
Jazz Bar –but
this was quite a short-lived venture, the pub again closing in around 2000.
This pub is
now in use as an Indian restaurant. |
