The Bugle Horn was situated at 30 Barrack Street.

This pub was established by 1800 and closed in 2004 when the publican was Robert Healey.  It has now been demolished with commercial properties built on the site. In the late-nineteenth century it belonged to the Colchester Brewing Company, following the familiar route to Ind Coope in the 1930s.
