The Alma was situated
at 37 Arbour Lane. This pub opened in 1861 and was known as The Admiral J
McHardy at time of closure in 2018. It has now been demolished. |

From August 1984 till August 1989 was a
free house brought from Charrington licencee Terence George Cleland who
built the restaurant when the bank interest went sky high closed the
restaurant and turned into a pool and snooker hall which had several team
leagues |
