Barking Cross Tavern

 


The Barking Cross Tavern was situated at 6 Fisher Street (now Abbey Road). The publican in 1895 was John Reynolds.
Formerly the Still which dates back to 1754. In 1882 it was renamed the Cross Keys Tavern and later the Barking Cross Tavern and closed in 1912 becoming a Baptist Mission Hall.
