The Seaview Hotel was situated on Ashley Road. This pub closed in February 2019. It was a really lovely 1930s hotel pub built originally to take advantage of the nearby local housing and beauty spot of constitution hill where there are panoramic views of Poole harbour.had my first legal drink in here in 1985. Demolished for flats and a co-op store.most of central Poole is now a dystopian shopping centre,its very sad.
