The Plymouth Inn was situated at 59 West Allington, closing in the 1990s. Planning permission to change this grade-II listed building to residential use was granted in 2000.

Listed building details:
Late C18 or early C19. Colour washed brick. Pitched slate roof. Colour washed brick stacks. 2 storeys. 3 ranges of casements with glazing bars. Door with blind semi-circular fanlight.
