The Live & Let Live was situated on Charlotte Street. This was a decent looking Kimberley tied house; the pub is now boarded up but still has the pub signs there.

My Great Great Grandfather built the Live and let live pub.He also built the street and named it after his Daughter,Charlotte. My Mother knows the full story of how the pub came to be.She says he was a fair and honest man ,I think he owned a mine or something and respected all people,hence the pubs name.
