The Windmill was situated at 86 Dairy House Road. This pub was built in 1892 as the Cambridge Hotel with cast iron railings around the front. A very luxurious hotel designed by Pountains designer James Wright. Former landlords include Jos Holmes a former Secretary of Derbyshire Football Association . Renamed The Windmill in 1987  and closed c2000. Now used as a religious centre.
