The White Hart was situated at 26
Cornmarket. This was an old coaching inn with an archway at the side to
White Hart Yard. The building is grade-II listed
and has been in retail use since early in the 20th century. |

building details: |
C18. Red sandstone ashlar, with
cornice, long and short quoins, 3 storeys. Early C20 shop front and
segmental arched carriage entry with keystone. Three double sash windows on
each upper floor in plain architraves and without glazing bars. Remains of a
C17 stone mullioned windows at rear. |
