The Ship & Castles
was situated on Church Street. This pub closed in 1986 after the landlord
disappeared with the takings. Since then the building has been used as the
Steamrock Cafe (1986-1989), the Clipper (1989-1993), the Cork & Bottle
(1993-2004), MI Bar (2004-2007). Now it is a bar called Mango Tango. |
