The Cock Inn was situated at 38 Park Street. This pub is now used as a restaurant.

Home to a thriving Rockabilly music scene back in the 1970’s, open for music, Paul Mac normally DJ’ing, dancing, not sure if the landlord had a licence and the occasional punch up, especially when the MadCaps were in.
